How H.264 or MVC utilized in Blu Ray when 3D frames stored in "frame
packing" style: Left/Right/Left/Right...etc? It seems it has to be two
independent streams for Left and for Right since visually correlation from
Left to Right is less then Left only correlation or Right only correlation.
Is Blu Ray "frame packing" baseband frames are simply pushed through a
regular H.264 or MVC Encoder or Left stream and Right streams are encoded
separately and just stored together? Of course simply encoding L/R together
is simpler on both encoding and decoding ends but seems much less efficient.

MVC isn't restricted to two stereoscopic views. 2D+Delta isn't
restricted to MPEG-4 AVC/H.264.
