So what is so magic about television that IT must be the way to spread the 
word in cases of emergency?  What percentage of television owners even have 
an antenna available to them?  I don't.  My parents don't.  My brother 
doesn't.  Neither does my sister.  Should we each have one?  Does the 
government recommend one?
