[opendtv] 2000 Test

Anyone know of someone that was involved in the 2000 test of
COFDM/8-VSB? Someone that would be willing to talk about it?
Preferably no one with medals, Freedom or NAB.
On camera with our without face blocked out and voice change or just
email or phone conversation on the record or off.
