[openbeostranslationkit] What we have completed!

Everyone-
We are moving along. Thanks to Mike Wilber we now have BTranslationUtils
looking completed. That's two down, two more to go. Then of course we
have to get it all working together - so maybe three more to go :)
My webpage (http://eng.utoledo.edu/~tsmith/obos.html) has been updated
with the latest copy of TranslationUtils.[cpp|h]. I also updated the
status - if anyone wants to make what I have look pretty, go a head and
send me the edited html.
