found the error in performing the actual translation (error no. 4)
When translating between two formats I had to output to a generic 
format (logically enough 
- just me being tired).
So translating from source to generic and from generic to specific 
output solved the riddle.
1 down, 3 to go :/

When I have finished with the TranslatorRoster I will clean up 
BBitmapStream and submit it..

Mike, did you have some test stuff for TranslationUtils that I can use?
