[openbeostranslationkit] OpenBeOS libtranslation.so

I've successfully compiled the OpenBeOS translation kit into a library to
replace Be's Translation Kit library (libtranslation.so). I'm using the
OpenBeOS library as we speak, and so far, it appears to be working well.

ShowImage works fine, Gobe Productive works fine, the DataTranslations
preference still works, some test apps that I've written work fine and I
haven't seen anything crash unexpectedly yet.

I don't want to say that the Translation Kit is done, but I'd say its
close.
