Still alive - I have a week of vacation comming up, so I will finally have
some time to look at the Translation Kit!
I'm looking at the tests part, and unless someone want's to complain
I'd like to write tests for the entire Kit. When this is don I can transition 
to whatever classes needs to be done.

Travis, have you talked with the rest of the teams regarding test interface
and build system?
