[openbeostranslationkit] Having trouble commiting

I'm trying to commit changes that I made to TranslationUtils.h and
TranslationUtils.cpp, but I can't get it to work.

In the terminal, I go to the directory where I checked out the particular
file, then I type in:

cvs commit TranslationUtils.cpp

And it doesn't work. It says that I don't have write access to the
repository. Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to give it my username
and password somehow or does my account not have write access?
