Without a doubt, agreed there. Jon Watte did infact write the Datatypes
Library for BeOS. I think before he joined the Be Team. At the end of
his documentation comes this paragraph:

<snip>
It is the intention that this copyright will be
lifted and this document and its accompanying source
be placed in the public domain at such time as the
copyright holder sees fit. If the copyright holder
has made no more representation with regards to
this intention, and published no more changes to
the document or its source code for one full year,
the document and its accompanying source code and
libraries are placed in the public domain. Please
check with the copyright holder before assuming that
this has taken place.
</snip>

So, I will attempt to contact Jon and see if this code is infact public
domain. It appears to be the basis for the Translation Kit, so we'd have
somewhere to stay without much trouble at all.

More later when I have more information.
