[openbeostranslationkit] Changes to OpenBeOS Site

As you may already know, http://open-beos.sourceforge.net/ has been
re-designed. Also, if you look at the Team page for any team, you will see
that the Team pages are quite different as well.

Teams are now made up of a Team Leader and Contributors. The Team Leaders
are the same as before, but the Contributors idea is new. A Contributor is
someone who has submitted code or other productive work to the project.

There are no Team Members anymore. From now on, you must contribute code
to be a member of the OpenBeOS project.
