[openbeostranslationkit] CVS Restructuring

The guy in charge of changing the directory structure for CVS is currently
testing scripts to migrate the current directory structure to the new
directory structure. So, it would be best to hold off on any changes in
CVS until the testing and move are done.
This shouldn't be a problem for us, as all of the classes are implimented,
and any changes we make in the future will probably be minor.
I'll let you know if I hear more.
