Here is an update my progress with BTranslationUtils:

I haven't done extensive testing, but I do have working implemtations
of the following:

GetBitmap()         -  all variations of
GetBitmapFile()
GetStyledText()
PutStyledText()
WriteStyledEditFile()

I found the information I needed for the Styled functions from
TranslationFormats.h and by looking at hex dumps of the appropriate data.

I haven't started on the rest of the undocumented functions, but I don't
think they will be as bad as the styled ones.
