I just wanted to let everyone know that I've finally implemented the
entire BTranslationUtils class. I haven't tested all of the functions
thoroughly, but the basic testing I've done indicate that my code is
working well.

I found the code for BTranslationUtils::AddTranslationItems() from an
article that Jon Watte wrote before BeOS R4 was released.  There weren't
any legal restrictions listed on the site that I found the code on, but I
want to be certain that we can use this code before I do anything further
with it.  The page where I found the code is
