most of these; I spent a great deal of time in bed with the flu last

Pending Ingo's approval, what do you guys think about including Reiser 
support in the main cvs, too? IMHO, it'd be good for us to include 
out-of-the-box support for as many of the following as we can: bfs, 
iso9660, fat, ext2/3, reiser, udf, ntfs, cdda.
