[openbeosstorage] Jam

Hey folks,

I finally got ahold of Jam, and I put up some prelimiary Jamfiles
in all the appropriate directories in CVS. I just downloaded the
binary Ithamar made avaiable at:

http://www.i-e-a.com/~ithamar/open-beos/build/jam.zip

and put it in my /boot/apps folder.

You can run jam from any folder with a Jamfile to compile everything
in that folder and its subfolders. I currently only have the following 
folders set up:

storage_kit
storage_kit/source
storage_kit/source/lib

It seems to work quite nicely. Once we switch over to the new CVS 
hierarchy (I really don't know when that's going to happen anymore...), 
we'll also switch over to Ithamar's Jamfile hierarchy.
