[openbeosstorage] CVS

I'd like to encourage everyone to start using CVS
as a repository for stuff we're working on if you aren't
already. For example, you can just go ahead and 
add function dependencies to the HTML file already 
in the CVS.  If you want to add a file, go right ahead. 
I believe removing unwanted files shouldn't be a problem. 

On the other hand, if you're wanting to add a folder, 
it'd probably be best to double-check about placement; 
removing unwanted folders requires me emailing
Michael to email SourceForge to get in a pull stuff
out.

Also, I think we'll finally be moving to the new CVS
directory structure sometime next week (Ithamar's
been really busy with something else for the last
couple of weeks).
