[openbeosnetteam] test3

Has anyone else tried running test3 recently? It always fails at about 256
sockets created with the error "Too many open files". As we're closing them
after opening and binding, I'm curious why this is. Anyone any ideas?

BTW, I'll check in an update that shows this in a clearer manner in a moment
or 2.
