The only libpthread port I know of is open-source.
But from what I've seen from them, it didn't look very advanced.
Also, I do want to have some more support than BeOS could provide, 
although for a start, that wouldn't be necessary.

Hm, I don't find the pthread port anymore, does anyone have some 
pointers to ongoing or old projects?
