The size is good (we want to integrate Dial-Up, don't we?), but why is "View:" 
at the center (well, almost)?
Would it not be better to move it to the left and add a "Help" button next to 
it (for plug-ins that implement it)? :)
The look could be better, but apart from that I like it.
