Done.
libbind.so should build again fine.

LPR and IPP print transports add-on still fail to build due to:
- undefined __inet_addr()
- undefined getusername()

I'm looking into it.

And due to some POSIX files including private network files, netperf 
don't build anymore.
The real issue is POSIX <-> private depencies, so it needs to be fixed 
first.
