[openbeosnetteam] PPP progress...

OK, so I've got a point where the code I have is getting messages and is
parsing them correctly - as far as allowing LCP to recognise what's going
on.

Of course, still need to write LCP and all that other good stuff...

Anyway, my brain hurts, but I think what I have now is very extensible and
should be easy enough to add to on the fly. Some big obstacles remain, like
removing a device from a running server without it blowing up! Still, no
doubt someone here will volunteer to work through that nightmare? :)

Hopefully I'll tidy up what I have and commit tomorrow along with more of
LCP working.

I did get my PPP book today though :)
