[openbeosnetteam] PPP!

OK, so I got it working!

Yes, well it's a start anyways and the code should be in CVS tomorrow before
I go away until Tuesday evening.

Now, a few points before I commit.
- don't get used to the code, it'll be radically altered soon
- it's not exactly brilliant (well to be honest it's rubbish) but does it's
job as a proof of concept
- I'll be posting some ideas I have in the morning about how we hook
everything together that will change a few things

So, enough warnings? The code should at least allow those wanting to work on
PPPoE to make a start and get packets that talk ppp to a module where they
can see what's going on. That's why it's being committed :)

I'll also post a news item in the morning :)
