Hrrrm, ok. On question on this front: if it's something like missing
function prototypes, is that OK to fix? Or are you just wanting to stop
things like _EXPORT (the use of which is no longer necessary, btw), #if
__MWERKS__, and makefile mods?

I agree here, but as I said above, I would like you to define
'pollute'.

I really have no idea just now. There were some problems with my build
(namely forgetting to install one component :P), so I'll look at it
