To make myself (hopefully) clearer: - yes, mutators & accessors are the generally accepted way to access members data - no, there's no other choice to make these data accessible from this class without breaking class signature - no, I don't *want* to do the work, but thanks ;-) - yes, please, fix up the broken source, would be quickest, definitivly.
