I would prefer "network" instead of "net", as the target 
/boot/beos/system/add-ons/kernel
also uses includes directories with more descriptive names like "bus_managers"
The net directory currently includes some already moved file from the 
new net stack, but I would vote to simply remove the net directory
and put everything in network
