[openbeosnetteam] Got the network up...

Hi, all.

I finally got a chance to update my CVS to reflect the _res symbol
fix.  I got the code down and built, and have my rtl8139 interface up
via ifconfig.  Can't do much without the ICMP protocol, but its a
small victory for me.  Interestingly, I did an nmap -O on my BeOS
test machine here, and it came back identifying it as a Cyberguard
4.0 firewall.  Kind of funny.

Anyway,  I volunteered here to serve the purpose of bug finder/fixer.
Now that I have what I need up and running, is there anything in
particular you guys want me to be focusing on?  I know the 8139
driver is having issues...
