you could try some boot images at http://mmadia.zelect.org  
most of them are untested and eventually there'll be a nice webpage 
front that serves the images.

the filenames indicate what each image is for:

OS_cpu_bootMedium_Patches
(untested)_{r5, r5bone, r5.1d0}_{intel, amd}_boot_{cd, 
floppy}_[ideRepl, ramLimiter]
where 
ideRepl = the IDE Replacement Drivers
ramLimiter = the 512mb RAM Limiting bootloader

burn *boot_cd* as a data Track 1
use dd  or rawwritewin to transfer *boot_floppy* to diskette.
