Here's HP's license, looks like it is OBOS-friendly (pardon the

formatting, I just cut-n-pasted it so it may look odd depending on
your
word wrap). Is it OK to check the code in and use it under HP's
license?
Sure, we do that all the time - just make sure to include the license
in some way (i.e. as a single file, or in the starting file comment,
...) :)

I decided that it would be smarter to check in the original sources
(plus a README.obos file) in the proscribed directory and work from the
repository rather than code up what I think is a working version with
no way to get back to the original sources. I also took the liberty of
tagging the files with 'netperf-2_2pl4' so we can always get back to
the original sources with a symbolic, non-branching CVS tag, just in
case...
