[openbeosmediakit] Audio mixer alpha 2 ready

Hello,

the system audio mixer replacement, alpha 2, is now ready.

This is a complete rewrite, and no longer the same as
the one that was included in media kit alpha 1.

I'm planning to do another media kit beta (now that we have a fully working 
mixer)
next month.

Please try the mixer and share your experience  on the
