Sounds are at 110%. Yes it is not an error 110%.
Why? Because Atsushi has donate the code of Sounds+.(all my work in vain). 
And Sounds+ has more options than original Sounds.

But:

-The zip file where is the source is 1.70MB (some documentation is included)
-The executable file is more than 200kB (65kB was the original)
-It makes calls to a sbg named library that we should not use or we need to ask 
permissions to the author. 
-The project file has a simple path errors.
-May another thing that now I can't remember.

I continue working on Sounds correcting this.
Then I put to the CVS.
