I am working on:

- the file format
        - Defining structure
        - integrating ZIP compression via ZLib
- file creation application ( The Actor's Studio )
        - UI concept stage

for the SoftwareDirector tools ( SoftwareValet/Package Builder 
replacement ).

I  hope to have a "mock-up" screenshot of the "The Actor's Studio" 
application on my Website this evening. You can see it at the following
