[openbeos-preferences] Menu prefs app now has support for shortcut keys

Hey all,

I got the shortcut keys stuff to work in the Menu prefs.  It uses the
key_map for those options, I made the OBOS Menu prefs app work just like the
BeOS Menu prefs app, at least on my computer.  I don't know if different
keyboards, or international keyboards will affect it.  I just saw that all
the code got moved to a new tree so I have to go move the stuff over.
