[openbeos-preferences] I'm Alive!

Hello all!  I just wanted to let you all know that I am still around, even 
though I have been extremely busy.  I also wanted to thank Andrew for stepping 
up to the plate and helping me out with some of the tedious admin stuff.

We have a good deal of code that has been committed to the source tree.  But, 
we need to keep moving forward and finish up the preferences apps so that we 
can get into some more interesting things :)
