[openbeos-midi] Small status update

Hi all,

Last week I did not really do a lot of work on the Midi Kit. Today I
started on the implementation of milestone 1 for the midi2 kit. This
milestone involves the housekeeping protocol: making endpoints,
registering them, iterating through the list of available endpoints,
querying and changing their properties, and so on. It will probably
take me a few weeks to build this, but of course I'll keep you
posted about the progress.
