[openbeos-midi] Back from the dead (aka status update)

Hi all,

Long time no status updates. But I'm back ;-) Over this weekend, I
finished milestone 2 of the Midi Kit. This means you can now send
and receive MIDI events. Apart from having a softsynth and the
ability to talk to hardware devices, the MIDI Kit is fully
functional.

If you want to try it out for yourself, download a precompiled
package at:
http://www.openbeos.org/samples/MidiKit.zip

I did not update the Midi Team website, because it is going to go
away soon, at least in its current form. Over the next few weeks, I
will move most of the docs into the OpenBeOS CVS. The rest of the
files will probably find a home on the new OpenBeOS site when it is
released.
