Well, problem here is we can't really be sure what transport we're
using: it can perfectly be a PDF-aware printer on a parallel port!
Second problem, and far harder, we can't ask Print To File transport to
open a second file without opening again his BFilePanel.
And there is no way to know which filepath we're *printing* to (to open
another files based on the first one name + #<n>, as suggested by
Simon).
Last but not least, most of the time it will be using Print To File, I
would bet. And copying file is far speeder and efficient, that's
right...
So, I would say let's remove this "copies" support in PDF Writer, it
don't worth the pain.
If we got some feedback about real PDF printers owner missing this
feature, we'll look at it again then...
Remove it, it's even less code to maintain :-)
