[open-beos-printing] Further PDF Writer Progress

Changes Log:
* Added class Bezier for calculation of points of a bezier curve.
* Allow adding/removing of user defined properties to the Doc Info window.
* Replace the default values for "Title" and "Creator" if they are present in 
the
  Doc Info window.
* Approximate clipping to stroked BShape, Polygone, Bezier with rectangles 
along
  the lines and bezier curves (Requires refinement: line cap,  line join 
style and
  patterns). Other graphic primitives have to be implemented too.
* Some changes to keep Metrowerks compiler silent. 

Still have not solved the problem to automatically make the property visible 
that receives the focus in the Doc Info window.
Any help concerning this problem is welcome. Well, I would be happy also, 
if someone could implement clipping to stroked lines.
