Hi Michael,
If you're the author of the code, you can relicense it a hundred times
under different licences. This is no problem. Projects like xpdf do
this all the time. I've talked to the author of xpdf to license his
code for a commercial product, and as soon as we agreed, I could have
gotten a drop of the code under another license (then the GPL, what
xpdf is licensed under in normal circumstances). Just make sure you
mention a license in all source files, so it is clear which license(s)
it is under.
