[open-beos-printing] Commited changes

Hi all,

Well this morning I commited the changes I have made. There were no comments
 from anyone since the last message I sent so it seemed ok... 

I am happy to report that everything compiled fine and works great! However, I
 you may notice that the revision numbers skipped a couple times with the
 previous version set to "Initial checkin". This happened because of a problem 
that I
 found with the cvs version 1.11 that I was using. The ci command does not work
 correctly with ssh and commited EVERY changed file I had... rather that the one
 file I had asked it too... :-( Anyway, I went and made minor changes to those
 files and re-commited them with and older version of cvs that works... 1.10.7 .
 Sorry for the trouble. Everything is set correctly now and all comments are
 correct. But let me know if you run into any problems...

I am very happy with the latest changes that were made to support fonts as I
 have just created a beautiful PDF of my thesis chapter 5 that has 70 pages and
 many graphics and styles. Looks great! :)

Now on to the progress bar...
