[open-beos-printing] Bug with File dialog

I have also found another bug when selecting 'cancel' on the file 
dialog when printing and the file name is blank. It does not actually 
cancel the operation, which it should.

I suspect it's because the file name is NULL, but I have not traced it. 
It seems to crash on some Bitmap calls in the PrinterDriver code...
