Contains odacrash_01.wad and odacrash_02.wad

When the attached WAD file odacrash_01.wad is loaded and MAP05 is started,
Odamex crashes. When odacrash_02.wad MAP05 is run, Odamex works normally, as
does the script.

The only difference between the two WADs is that odacrash_02.wad has a single
line of ACS added, line 7 in the SCRIPTS lump. odacrash_01.wad also has valid
ACS as far as I can verify. It also runs as it should in a semi-recent ZDoom
version (2.5.0 r3450).

Note that there are no texture resources included in the WAD, so there are
missing textures everywhere.
