With the sdl20 branch, the game is rendered in 32bpp color regardless of the
value of the vid_32bpp CVAR. When vid_32bpp is disabled, it should render the
game using vanilla Doom's color-mapping scheme. This provides a framerate
increase and provides a traditional feel to the game.
