The American Psychiatric Association has posted Proposed Draft Revisions to DSM 
Disorders and Criteria, for DSM-5, at http://www.dsm5.org/Pages/Default.aspx.  
They have invited comments from clinicians, researchers, administrators, and 
persons/family members affected by mental disorders.

The Open Access Journal of Forensic Psychology invites formal, forensically 
relevant comments and critiques regarding the proposed changes.  We can publish 
such articles in a timely manner, while DSM-5 is still in development.  Please 
see the INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONTRIBUTORS at 
http://www.forensicpsychologyunbound.ws/ and submit manuscripts to the journal
