[nvda] Re: will the dos window access be improved in nvda anymore

Is it a text console (DOS style) application?
No. But there's text in it.

Describe the controls in the application. Is it a single edit field whose name changes?
No, it's like a list box or a combo box. I get confused between the two.

Where are the prompts appearing?
I think it's a list box.

What do you hear when you press insert+upArrow?
In JAWS, it's a "list box". When the game first starts, the list box thing is empty. When I press a key to get info (CTRL+Enter to get my location), a list item (I guesss) appears there. An example of this would be:
"Here's:5 entrances;"
NVDA reads it fine, but it doesn't read it automatically.

I am using NVDA 0.6P2. I know this is a game, but since it's a standard list box (at least I think so), I think NVDDA should be able to read it automatically.

If there is anything I should do to give you any more info, feel free to ask away!

It's not an important thing, but I thought I should let you know, just in case it is.

You can get the game from:
