[nvda] Re: video system hooks

Yes, it is true.
Because nvda uses only calling windows api functions and microsoft active
accessibility, it has a great portability. I can run it on every computer
without instalation of graphic cart drivers.

You know very good that JAWS 7, 9 and 10 also contain a portable variant.
You just need to install Video Intercept on a computer where you are using Jaws
and run a portable version from a USB flash drive. So it shouldn't destroy
NVDA's portability. The only disadvantage will be that the user needs to
install intercept to use it.

        Hi,

video system hooks will not decrease portability. System access is a
good example of a portable screen readerwith video system hookss.
