Hello,
Nvda has object navigation.
NVDA as of now, doesn't have mouse movement but you can move around the
screen with object navigation.
visit the following page to see how to use object navigation.

Hi,
Ok here are some tips for useing the mouse emulator i found.
1. you have to have numlock on in order to use it.
2. if you have a laptop you can use the fn key or buy a USB numberpad.
3. turn off character echo when moveing the mouse.
I really wish I could contact the author of this program.
