Use keyboard help when looking for commands. Try all sorts of keys and
combinations of keys. In this case, you are looking for something
controlled with the numpad. Since the numpad controls object navigation
and screen review, that is the place to check. You will see that numpad
insert numpad enter performs the default action on the object that has
focus in the object navigation. So, if the default action is to left
click a button, this is what will occur. If the default action is to
check or uncheck a check box, this is what will occur. I haven't found
any way to right click an object.
