I notice in Outlook Express because these have no extension the system has ever so helpfully added the extension .dat. Needless to say this should be removed when you want to use them. I expect there is an option to allow no extension somewhere but its easier to just rename it! 

PS not sure about Shelby, This person has a serious speech problem! grin

Well attached to this email is the quincy voice. its been created for 
small
speakers really, though some may prefer its less nasal mid range. Its 
been
derived from Robert. Its tine of course and goes in the !v folder as 
usual.

It will sound less loud of course due to the tonal differences.
