NVDA uses the application name also. Examine the filenames in appModules. Note that NVDA strictly uses the application name rather than the module name; i.e. JAWS will report "browseUI.dll", where NVDA reports "explorer.exe". You can check NVDA's idea of the application name by pressing NVDA+control+f1.
