No, this has nothing to do with this problem. For one, NVDA doesn't use the Windows installer; it uses NSIS. The problem relates to the fact that I broke the automatic build process for NVDA with some recent changes. :) 

This should be fixed as of r2537. Sorry for the inconvenience.
